Job Description

The Hilton Garden Inn Stoke on Trent is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Hotel Porter. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Assist with the delivery of items to guest rooms, such as extra towels, room service, or amenities.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and public areas.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
  • Support other hotel departments as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
  • Participate actively in all training and mentorship sessions provided.
