Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Chauffeur Associates. This is an exceptional opportunity for motivated candidates with no prior chauffeur experience, as we provide 100% comprehensive training on all aspects of safe driving, luxury service protocols, and vehicle operation. As a Chauffeur Associate, you will be responsible for providing world-class, safe, and professional transportation services to our esteemed clients in and around the Aurora, CO area. Your commitment to safety, punctuality, and exceptional customer service will be paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully complete and adhere to all aspects of our intensive chauffeur training program focused on safety, vehicle handling, and service excellence.
- Operate company luxury vehicles in a safe, efficient, and professional manner, strictly adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Provide prompt, reliable, and courteous transportation to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of assigned vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Assist clients with luggage and other personal belongings as needed.
- Plan optimal routes using navigation tools, considering traffic patterns and client preferences.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and travel details.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational readiness and safety.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous customer service experience in any industry.
- Familiarity with the Aurora, CO and greater Denver metropolitan area.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
