Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Ad Traffic Scribe with a strong marketing focus to join our fully remote team. This is a critical support role responsible for ensuring the seamless flow and execution of advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The Ad Traffic Scribe will manage the intake, verification, and scheduling of creative assets, working closely with account managers, creative teams, and media buyers. Your meticulous attention to detail will be key in maintaining campaign integrity, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring all ad specifications are met. This 100% remote position offers an excellent opportunity to gain insight into the operational backbone of digital marketing and advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end traffic process for digital ad campaigns, including creative asset intake and verification.
- Ensure all advertising assets conform to platform specifications and client requirements.
- Schedule and monitor ad delivery, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and account teams to resolve any trafficking issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all traffic activities, including campaign start/end dates, asset versions, and platform placements.
- Implement quality control measures to prevent errors in live campaigns.
- Assist in generating traffic reports and providing insights on campaign flow efficiency.
- Stay updated on ad serving technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices related to ad operations.
Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.

- Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (internship or entry-level) in an administrative, data entry, or operations role.
- Familiarity with ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Sizmek) or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics for troubleshooting creative assets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
