Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently clean exterior and interior windows for residential properties.
- Adhere to company safety guidelines and use provided equipment properly.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with clients.
- Manage weekend routes effectively, ensuring timely completion of jobs.
- Inspect windows for quality of clean and address any streaks or spots.
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the team lead promptly.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Cicero service area.
