Job Description
As a Floatation Tank Assistant with a focus on Technical Support at Bannatyne Health Club & Spa, you will be instrumental in ensuring our floatation therapy services operate seamlessly and provide an exceptional, tranquil experience for our members. This role involves comprehensive training in the setup, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting of our floatation tanks, alongside delivering outstanding customer service. You will guide clients through their floatation journey, ensure their safety and comfort, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily checks, cleaning, and sanitization of floatation tanks and rooms, ensuring a pristine environment for clients.
- Monitor and maintain water chemistry (pH, salinity, filtration) to ensure optimal conditions and hygiene standards are met.
- Provide initial technical support and troubleshoot minor issues with floatation tank equipment, escalating complex problems to senior staff or maintenance as needed.
- Educate clients on the benefits and proper use of floatation tanks, providing clear instructions and ensuring a safe and relaxing experience.
- Manage client bookings, assist with check-ins, and provide post-float guidance and advice.
- Maintain accurate records of tank maintenance, chemical readings, and client interactions for compliance and quality control.
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times within the floatation therapy area.
- Assist with general spa operations and maintain cleanliness of the facility's common areas as required.
