Job Description
Concentrix is seeking a highly motivated and data-focused Knowledge Graph Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our knowledge graph initiatives, transforming complex data into intelligent, interconnected structures. You will work with diverse datasets, applying your expertise in data modeling, ontology design, and semantic technologies to build robust knowledge representations that drive insights and power advanced AI applications. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for structuring information in a meaningful way. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain knowledge graphs using semantic web technologies (RDF, OWL, SPARQL).
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to gather requirements and define data models.
- Perform data ingestion, transformation, and linking from various structured and unstructured sources.
- Develop and implement ontologies, taxonomies, and schema for various domains.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity within the knowledge graph.
- Query and analyze knowledge graphs to extract insights and support decision-making.
- Document knowledge graph structures, processes, and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure and knowledge management strategies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data modeling and database design (relational or NoSQL).
- Experience with semantic web technologies (RDF, OWL, SPARQL).
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
- Familiarity with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, ArangoDB, Amazon Neptune).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of machine learning and natural language processing concepts.
- Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
- Familiarity with data governance and metadata management.
