Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Music Marketing Associate with a keen focus on brand partnerships to join our vibrant team in New Port Richey, FL. This role is pivotal in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that leverage brand collaborations to amplify artist reach and fan engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the music industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and creative teams to identify, secure, and nurture strategic brand relationships that align with our artists’ visions and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, researching, and prospecting potential brand partners that align with our artists and labels.
- Support the development of compelling marketing proposals and presentations for brand partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate the execution of brand partnership campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on the performance of brand partnership initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external brand contacts.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Manage administrative tasks related to partnership agreements, budgeting, and reporting.
- Contribute creative ideas for new marketing campaigns and brand activations.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the music, entertainment, or brand partnership space.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and identify strategic opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Demonstrated passion for music and understanding of current music industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role or managing external relationships.
- Knowledge of intellectual property rights and licensing within entertainment.
