Job Description

Bannatyne Health Club & Spa is offering an exciting opportunity for a Holistic Therapy Trainee in Norwich. This role is perfect for individuals with little to no prior experience who are enthusiastic about learning massage techniques, aromatherapy, and other wellness practices. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
- Assist senior therapists with treatment preparations and client aftercare.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas.
- Learn and practice various massage techniques, body treatments, and holistic therapies under supervision.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the spa.
- Shadow qualified therapists to observe and understand client consultations and treatment protocols.
