Job Description
As a Google Billing Inquiry Clerk, you will be an essential part of our remote operations, dedicated to providing outstanding support for billing-related inquiries. This 100% online position requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently to resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately. You will manage incoming billing questions, reconcile accounts, process payments, and ensure a seamless experience for our users. This role offers stable pay and the flexibility of working from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to billing inquiries from customers via various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, errors, and payment issues.
- Process refunds, adjustments, and payment updates in compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate billing records.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex billing problems.
- Educate customers on billing procedures, payment options, and service terms.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to data privacy and security guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills
