Are you a motivated and energetic 15-year-old looking for your first job in a fun, fast-paced environment? Applebee’s Grill + Bar in Greeley is seeking dedicated Bussers to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests depart.
- Reset tables with clean dishware, silverware, and glassware according to restaurant standards.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and responding to guest requests as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including sweeping floors, wiping down chairs, and ensuring condiment stations are stocked.
- Empty trash receptacles as required and assist with light dishwashing duties when necessary.
- Support the kitchen and bar staff by ensuring clean dishes and glasses are readily available.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth service flow.
Required Skills
- Must be 15 years of age or older.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly throughout a shift.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
