Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in game testing and quality assurance, identifying bugs and providing detailed feedback.
- Support community managers in engaging with player communities and gathering feedback.
- Assist in data collection and analysis to inform game design and operational decisions.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new game features or improvements.
- Shadow various teams across game development cycles to understand different roles and processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project status and findings.
- Collaborate with mentors and team members on assigned projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor games.
Required Skills
- Profound passion for video games across various genres and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program (e.g., Game Design, Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, or related field).

- Basic understanding of quality assurance principles.
