Job Description
Are you passionate about podcasts and have a keen ear for detail? Spotify is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our remote team as a Work From Home: Podcast Audio Listener & Reviewer. This entry-level position is perfect for those who love audio content and want to contribute to the quality and relevance of podcasts available on our platform. You will be responsible for listening to a diverse range of podcasts, evaluating their audio quality, content appropriateness, and overall user experience, and providing actionable feedback. This is a 100% remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen attentively to a wide variety of podcast episodes across different genres and languages.
- Evaluate audio quality, including clarity, volume consistency, background noise, and overall production value.
- Assess content for relevance, accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and adherence to platform guidelines.
- Provide detailed, constructive, and objective written feedback on audio quality and content.
- Identify and report any technical issues, content policy violations, or other concerns.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all content reviewed.
- Meet daily and weekly review quotas and deadlines.
