Job Description
As a Remote Subscription Cancellation Agent at Vodafone Ireland, you will play a crucial role in customer retention. You will engage with customers who are considering canceling their subscriptions, understand their reasons, and offer compelling solutions and alternatives to retain their business. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our success from anywhere in Ireland. Your ability to build rapport, de-escalate situations, and present value will be key to your success. A retention bonus will be provided for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers expressing intent to cancel services.
- Identify and address customer concerns, pain points, and reasons for cancellation.
- Present tailored solutions, alternative plans, and special offers to encourage retention.
- Educate customers on the value and benefits of their current or alternative Vodafone services.
- Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet or exceed individual and team retention targets.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer data and service.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retention.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Empathy and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Resilience and ability to handle difficult customer interactions.
