Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Part-time End of Lease Cleaner to join our dynamic team for weekend work in Overland Park, KS. This role is crucial in preparing properties for new tenants by performing comprehensive deep cleaning to meet our high standards. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and enjoy physically demanding work, this opportunity is perfect for you. You will be responsible for ensuring properties are spotless and move-in ready, contributing significantly to our reputation for quality service. This position requires reliability, efficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough deep cleaning of residential properties after tenants have vacated, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, fixtures, and appliances, ensuring they are free of dirt, grime, and debris.
- Mop, vacuum, and clean all types of flooring, including carpets, hardwood, and tile.
- Wash windows, clean blinds, and wipe down walls, doors, and baseboards.
- Remove all trash and dispose of any remaining items left by previous tenants.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during the cleaning process.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks efficiently within specified deadlines.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail to ensure properties are impeccable for new occupants.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions for extended periods.
