Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote HR Support professional with a strong focus on online recruitment. This role is crucial in supporting our talent acquisition team by managing various administrative and coordination tasks related to the hiring process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers, leveraging digital tools and platforms. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic global team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics.
  • Utilize online recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems) to post job openings, source candidates, and manage applications.
  • Assist with candidate communication, including sending interview confirmations, rejection notices, and onboarding instructions.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and HR information systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics, tracking key performance indicators related to candidate pipelines and hiring efficiency.
  • Support the pre-boarding and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating virtual recruitment events, career fairs, and webinars.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an HR administrative or recruitment support role.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo).
  • Strong understanding of online recruitment tools and social media for talent acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with Workday HCM suite.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and candidate experience best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of employment law and HR compliance standards.
