Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sauna & Steam Room Host to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, New Orleans. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction within our luxurious sauna and steam room facilities. You will welcome guests, provide assistance, monitor facility conditions, and maintain an immaculate environment that reflects the prestige of The Ritz-Carlton brand. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests using the sauna and steam room facilities.
- Regularly inspect and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the sauna, steam room, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor temperature and humidity levels to ensure optimal and safe operating conditions.
- Provide fresh towels, amenities, and complimentary refreshments to guests as needed.
- Politely enforce facility rules and guidelines to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all guests.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or guest feedback promptly to management.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked supply of towels and other necessary items.
- Assist with general spa operational duties as required to support the overall guest experience.

- Knowledge of sauna and steam room operation and safety protocols.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
