Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize digital files and documents using Google Drive, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and virtual events using Google Calendar, including sending invitations and managing RSVPs.
- Prepare and edit presentations, spreadsheets, and documents using Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs for various internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication by drafting emails, preparing reports, and distributing information to relevant teams via Google Mail and Chat.
- Support project teams with data entry, research, and administrative tasks as needed, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in onboarding new team members by providing access to necessary Google Workspace tools and resources.
- Troubleshoot basic Google Workspace issues and escalate complex problems to IT support when necessary.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows within the Google Workspace environment.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat, Meet).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
