Job Description
As a Talent Sourcing Aide at Netflix, you will play a crucial support role in identifying and attracting exceptional talent across various departments. Working closely with our experienced recruiters, you will contribute to building a diverse pipeline of candidates, ensuring we continue to bring the best creative and technical minds to our teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, eager to learn, and dedicated to research and outreach in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates for current and future roles.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, social media) to find passive and active candidates.
- Assist recruiters with initial candidate outreach, including crafting compelling messages and managing responses.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems with accurate and timely information.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated research and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience (internship or part-time) in a recruitment, HR, or administrative support role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Workday.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
