Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Remote Formatting Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This 100% remote position is crucial for maintaining the high standards of our various documents and digital content. The ideal candidate will be adept at accurately copying, pasting, and editing information, ensuring all materials adhere to specific formatting guidelines and style guides. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately copy and paste text, data, and images between various document types and platforms.
  • Format documents (e.g., reports, presentations, internal communications) according to established templates and brand guidelines.
  • Review content for formatting consistency, typographical errors, and adherence to style guides.
  • Make necessary edits and adjustments to ensure clarity, correctness, and professional presentation.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and documents in a structured manner.
  • Collaborate with team members as needed to clarify formatting requirements and deadlines.
  • Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently.
