Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Morning Shift Crew Member. This full-time position requires an early start at 6:00 AM, allowing you to finish your shift in the early afternoon and have the rest of your day free! You’ll be instrumental in preparing our restaurant for the day, serving our morning rush customers, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities
- Open the store promptly at 6:00 AM, ensuring all equipment is ready for operation.
- Prepare coffee, baked goods, and other menu items according to Dunkin' standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including food preparation areas, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Stock and replenish inventory as needed throughout the morning shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and professional attitude.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
Required Skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts, starting at 6:00 AM.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
