Job Description
Are you passionate about gaming and meticulous about quality? Electronic Arts is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester for The Sims franchise. This is a fully remote position, offering flexible hours to ensure work-life balance while contributing to one of the most beloved simulation games globally. You will play a crucial role in identifying, documenting, and testing defects to ensure a high-quality player experience. Your insights will directly impact the development and enjoyment of future Sims content. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of The Sims game features, content, and updates across various platforms.
- Identify, reproduce, and accurately document defects using our bug tracking system.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand feature requirements and design test plans.
- Perform regression testing and verification of bug fixes.
- Provide clear and concise feedback on game usability, performance, and overall quality.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of The Sims franchise and gaming trends.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for video games, especially The Sims series.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in identifying, reproducing, and documenting software defects.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
