Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Lifestyle Blogger Assistant with a strong focus on Pinterest Management to join our remote team. This role is crucial in expanding the reach and engagement of our lifestyle blog content through strategic Pinterest curation and optimization. You will work closely with our lead lifestyle blogger to manage the Pinterest account, create compelling pins, analyze performance, and contribute to overall content distribution strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Pinterest strategy to drive traffic and engagement to the lifestyle blog.
  • Design and create visually appealing pins using brand guidelines and best practices for Pinterest.
  • Schedule pins consistently across various boards, ensuring optimal timing and reach.
  • Perform keyword research to optimize pin descriptions and board titles for discoverability.
  • Monitor Pinterest analytics, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports on growth and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with Pinterest trends, algorithm changes, and new features.
  • Collaborate with the lead blogger to brainstorm content ideas and repurpose existing blog posts into Pinterest-friendly formats.
  • Assist with other digital marketing tasks as needed, including content scheduling and social media support.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with Pinterest for business, including creating pins and managing boards.
  • Strong understanding of Pinterest analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for pin creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles for content optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in social media management or digital marketing, specifically with Pinterest.
  • Experience with other social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with blogging platforms (e.g., WordPress) and content management systems.
