Job Description
Join the Aramark team as a Concession Stand Crew member, specifically designed for enthusiastic 14-year-olds eager to gain their first work experience! You’ll be an essential part of our gameday and event operations at sports stadiums and venues in Midtown Memphis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn customer service skills, teamwork, and responsible cash handling in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and preparing concession stands before events.
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks quickly and efficiently.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using POS systems (training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand area.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Required Skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events.
Preferred Qualifications
