Job Description

Join Concentrix as a remote Sales Support professional with a dedicated focus on Lead Management. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in the efficient qualification, nurturing, and management of sales leads, acting as a critical link between our marketing efforts and the sales team. Your organizational prowess and attention to detail will ensure a streamlined sales pipeline, directly contributing to our growth and success. This position requires a proactive individual comfortable with CRM systems and passionate about supporting a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads, ensuring they meet established criteria before passing them to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate and timely lead information and sales activities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide ongoing support for their pipeline management.
  • Generate regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales pipeline health to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for sales executives, optimizing their time for client engagement.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proven proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
