Job Description

Are you a motivated esthetics student looking to gain invaluable hands-on experience and earn college credits in a prestigious spa environment? Champneys is offering an exciting Esthetics Student Trainee position in our Woking location. This multi-skilled role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to various aspects of spa operations, esthetic treatments, and client care. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learn cutting-edge techniques, and contribute to delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed estheticians with various skin care treatments, facials, and body therapies.
• Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and organization according to Champneys standards.
• Greet clients warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and guide them through their spa experience.
• Learn and apply product knowledge to recommend appropriate retail products to clients.
• Maintain inventory of professional products and supplies, reporting needs to supervisors.
• Shadow and observe senior therapists to understand advanced techniques and client consultation processes.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly adhered to.

Required Skills

• Currently enrolled in an accredited esthetics or cosmetology program.
