Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Pinterest Growth Lead to join our dynamic Performance Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our Pinterest advertising strategy to drive significant growth in traffic, conversions, and revenue for eBay. You will leverage your expertise in paid social media and e-commerce to identify new opportunities, scale campaigns, and deliver measurable results. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Pinterest advertising strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets for traffic, sales, and ROI.
  • Manage and optimize Pinterest ad campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, creative testing, and budget allocation.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and compelling ad copy specific to Pinterest's audience.
  • Stay current with Pinterest's evolving ad platform features, best practices, and algorithm changes.
  • Perform A/B testing on various elements of campaigns to continuously improve performance.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Report regularly on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid Pinterest advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in traffic, conversions, and ROI through Pinterest.
  • Deep understanding of Pinterest's ad platform, campaign objectives, targeting options, and measurement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and ad reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other paid social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
