Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shopify B2B Specialist to join our dynamic team in Shoreditch. This pivotal role involves managing and optimizing wholesale portals for our diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless operations, enhanced user experience, and increased B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Shopify Plus, B2B apps, and the intricacies of wholesale commerce. You will be responsible for implementing strategies, managing technical aspects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional B2B e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize Shopify B2B wholesale portals, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry best practices.
  • Configure and manage Shopify Plus features relevant to B2B, including customer accounts, pricing, payment gateways, and shipping rules.
  • Integrate and manage third-party B2B applications and tools to enhance portal functionality (e.g., wholesale apps, ERP integrations).
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their wholesale business requirements and translate them into effective Shopify solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits of B2B portals to identify areas for improvement in performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on the use and management of their wholesale portals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify features, B2B trends, and e-commerce technologies.
  • Work closely with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on key B2B portal metrics and performance indicators.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Shopify B2B Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Shopify Plus and its B2B capabilities.
  • Familiarity with various Shopify B2B apps and their integration.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale e-commerce processes and best practices.
  • Experience with data migration and integration between Shopify and other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Shopify Plus Partner certification.
  • Experience with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
  • Basic understanding of Liquid templating language.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and webhooks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
