Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Microsoft Financial Admin Support professional with a strong focus on bookkeeping to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing daily financial records, processing transactions, and providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our finance department. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a leading global technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial statement preparation.
- Accurately process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
- Support budget preparation and monitoring, providing regular financial updates to management.
- Maintain organized and accessible financial records, both physical and digital.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to gather financial data and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Prepare various financial reports and summaries as required for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all financial systems and reports.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in bookkeeping or accounting (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Prior experience working in a fully remote capacity.
- Experience working with financial systems within a large corporate structure.
