Job Description
Are you passionate about coffee and eager to learn the art of being a barista? Tim Hortons in Laval is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Trainee Barista / Coffee Shop Assistant. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone with no prior experience in the coffee industry, offering comprehensive training during daytime hours. You will learn the ropes from our experienced team members, mastering coffee preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting coffee shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master the preparation of a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including equipment, counters, and dining areas.
- Assist with stocking inventory and ensuring all supplies are readily available.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
