Job Description

Join NielsenIQ as a Remote Survey Processor and play a crucial role in our market research operations. This position involves accurately inputting, verifying, and processing large volumes of market research data collected from various surveys. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity and ensuring timely processing of information that directly contributes to our comprehensive market insights. This is a 100% remote work-from-home opportunity, requiring strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input survey responses and market research data into proprietary systems.
  • Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain data integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding data issues or clarifications.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and information.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines for data processing and input.
  • Utilize various software tools and applications for data management and reporting.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with data entry or similar administrative tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
