Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous service to all customers, answering questions and assisting with their shopping needs.
- Accurately scan and bag merchandise, ensuring correct pricing and product identification.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised checkout area.
- Handle customer queries and resolve minor issues, escalating complex situations to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to age-restricted sales and security.
- Assist with other general store duties as required, contributing to a positive team environment.
