Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team in Pearland, TX. This role is crucial to our operations, involving a variety of tasks related to receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments and accurately verify contents against purchase orders.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
- Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate various types of warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and proficiently after training.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 49 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of inventory procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
