Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Factory Workers to join our dynamic team at the Nestlé factory in York. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures.
- Load and unload materials and products from production lines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
- Assist with packing and preparing finished goods for dispatch.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
