Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and vigilant individuals to join our event staff as Weekend Crowd Controllers. This is a part-time, casual role perfect for those looking for flexible weekend work during sporting events, concerts, and other entertainment spectacles at the Kaseya Center. As a Crowd Controller, you will be crucial in ensuring the safety and positive experience of all attendees by maintaining order, providing assistance, and enforcing venue policies. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor assigned areas for potential safety hazards or disruptive behavior.
  • Provide clear and concise directions and assistance to event attendees.
  • Enforce venue rules and regulations with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, escalating as necessary to security or medical personnel.
  • Assist with crowd flow management during peak times and emergencies.
  • Maintain a visible and reassuring presence to enhance guest safety and comfort.
  • Work collaboratively with other event staff, security, and emergency services.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues proactively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or challenging situations.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in crowd control, security, customer service, or event staffing.
  • Basic first aid or CPR certification.
  • Familiarity with large venue operations and event protocols.
  • Bilingual proficiency (especially English/Spanish) is a plus.
