Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Pinterest Ad Content Reviewer to join our dynamic Marketing Compliance team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all advertising content created for Pinterest platforms adheres strictly to both Pinterest’s advertising policies and relevant industry regulations. You will play a vital role in maintaining brand integrity, protecting our clients from potential compliance issues, and fostering a safe and trustworthy advertising ecosystem. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of advertising guidelines, and the ability to apply complex rules consistently across a high volume of content.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Pinterest ad content, including images, videos, text, and landing pages, to ensure compliance with Pinterest's advertising policies, community guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Identify and flag content that violates policies related to prohibited products, misleading claims, intellectual property, privacy, and other sensitive areas.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback to content creators and marketing teams regarding necessary edits and policy infringements.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving advertising policies, regulatory changes, and platform updates, specifically related to Pinterest.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, marketing, and creative, to resolve complex compliance issues and develop training materials.
- Maintain accurate records of content reviews, decisions, and policy escalations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of review processes and guidelines.
- Assist in the development of proactive strategies to prevent future compliance breaches.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in content review, moderation, or quality assurance, preferably within an advertising or social media context.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and platforms, particularly Pinterest.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle policy violations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for providing clear feedback and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of content effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (US English).
