Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Specialist to join our FedEx Ground team in New Port Richey, Florida. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inbound and outbound package flow, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, optimize routes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipping issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Implement and enforce company policies and safety regulations.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance, costs, and key metrics.
- Assist in the training and development of new team members on logistics protocols.
- Utilize logistics software and systems to track and manage freight.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
