Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Pinterest Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual passionate about digital marketing and real estate, offering significant commission potential based on performance and lead generation. As our Pinterest Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Pinterest strategies to enhance our realtors’ online presence, drive traffic to listings, and generate high-quality leads. You will work closely with our agents to understand their needs and translate them into compelling visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies to support individual realtors and the brokerage.
- Create engaging, high-quality pins, boards, and video content optimized for real estate keywords and trends.
- Manage and grow multiple Pinterest accounts, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize pin descriptions, titles, and alt text for maximum visibility.
- Monitor Pinterest analytics to track performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with realtors to understand their specific listing needs, target audiences, and marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest features, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
- Train realtors on best practices for utilizing Pinterest to enhance their personal brand and listings.
- Generate monthly performance reports detailing key metrics and ROI on Pinterest initiatives.
- Actively seek opportunities to optimize Pinterest campaigns for lead generation and conversion, directly impacting commission potential.
