Job Description
Join Tesco’s dedicated Night Owl Crew in Liverpool and play a vital role in ensuring our store is ready for customers each morning. Working from 11pm to 7am, you will be responsible for replenishing shelves, maintaining store standards, and preparing for the next day’s trading. This critical overnight role comes with a premium pay differential, acknowledging the dedication required for night shifts. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently replenish stock on shelves according to planograms.
- Process deliveries and organize stock in the warehouse area.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
- Operate store equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet trucks, cage movers).
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Support store opening procedures and prepare for daytime trading.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to work consistent night shifts (11pm-7am).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
- Experience with stock replenishment or inventory management.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles.
