Job Description

You will be instrumental in crafting engaging, intuitive, and effective dialogue scripts that power our next-generation chatbots, ensuring seamless and helpful user interactions. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and write clear, concise, and engaging dialogue scripts for various chatbot personas and use cases.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, UX designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Develop conversational flows, user journeys, and decision trees for complex interactions.
- Conduct user testing and feedback analysis to iteratively improve script quality and chatbot performance.
- Maintain brand voice and tone across all conversational content.
- Research industry best practices and emerging trends in conversational AI.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities.
