Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Livery Driver with an exceptional focus on city knowledge to join our team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. You will operate high-end vehicles, providing luxury ground transportation services while upholding Blacklane’s high standards of professionalism and customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport clients to their destinations using the most efficient routes.
- Maintain a pristine and comfortable vehicle environment for all passengers.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Cedar Rapids, including main arteries, alternative routes, key landmarks, and popular venues.
- Utilize navigation tools effectively while also applying local knowledge to optimize routes and avoid delays.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide courteous, professional service at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding scheduling changes or unforeseen circumstances.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
