Job Description
We are searching for enthusiastic and personable 15-year-old teens to join our team as Professional Hostesses. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to develop their customer service skills in a fast-paced, friendly restaurant environment. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. Your positive attitude, welcoming demeanor, and ability to manage guest flow will be crucial to our success. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those with no prior experience to kickstart their career in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and thank them upon departure.
- Manage the waiting list and accurately estimate wait times.
- Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and introducing them to their server.
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or general inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area.
- Assist in bussing tables or light cleaning duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
