Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Weekend Student Lab Aide to join our Clinical Administration team. This part-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity for students to gain valuable administrative experience in a healthcare setting while supporting critical laboratory operations. You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, managing data, and assisting with various support tasks for our clinical laboratory services, all from the comfort of your home. This role is perfect for someone looking to balance studies with meaningful work experience in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for laboratory samples and patient information.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and communication coordination.
- Manage and organize digital files and databases related to lab operations.
- Communicate effectively with lab personnel and other departments to ensure timely information flow.
- Support inventory management and ordering processes for office supplies.
- Adhere strictly to all patient confidentiality (HIPAA) and data security protocols.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions as required.
- Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate lab or administrative staff.
- Assist with quality control documentation and reporting under supervision.
Required Skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Preferred Qualifications
