Job Description

HCA Healthcare is actively seeking passionate and dedicated internationally educated nurses to join our esteemed International Nurse Trainee program. This unique opportunity offers full H-1B or EB-3 visa sponsorship, combined with extensive NCLEX preparation and hands-on clinical training, designed to facilitate a smooth transition into the U.S. healthcare system. Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in an intensive training program focused on preparing for NCLEX licensure and adhering to U.S. clinical practice standards.
  • Shadow experienced registered nurses and healthcare professionals to learn direct patient care, comprehensive documentation, and effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Strictly adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety protocols, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records under direct supervision, contributing to effective patient management.
  • Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, their families, and all members of the healthcare team.
  • Demonstrate a proactive commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and adaptation to new clinical environments.

Required Skills

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program (international equivalent accepted and validated).
  • Eligibility for U.S. RN licensure upon successful completion of the NCLEX examination.
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and fostering continuous professional growth.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for effective team collaboration and patient interaction.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to new cultural contexts, healthcare systems, and clinical practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior clinical experience in any specialty is advantageous, though not a prerequisite.
  • Possession of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare terminology, regulations, and common practices.
