Job Description
Are you a proactive communicator with excellent typing skills and a knack for problem-solving? Concentrix is seeking a dedicated WFH Google Chat Specialist to provide outstanding support without the need for phone calls. This is an immediate hire opportunity for individuals ready to jump into a fast-paced, remote role, focusing exclusively on chat-based interactions to resolve customer inquiries and provide information. We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and committed to delivering a superior customer experience through written communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional assistance to customers via Google Chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns efficiently and courteously.
- Navigate multiple systems and tools to research, troubleshoot, and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product features, service updates, and chat best practices.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills in English (US English).
- Proficiency in typing with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Chat).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service, technical support, or chat support role.
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
