Job Description
Are you a student looking for a dynamic part-time opportunity to gain valuable retail experience while managing your academic schedule? Target in Broad Ripple Village is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Student Retail Support, specifically for Saturday and Sunday shifts. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring our store operates smoothly, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with locating products, answering questions, and providing friendly service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Support merchandising efforts by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are presented attractively.
- Help maintain store cleanliness and organization, including fitting rooms, sales floor, and backroom areas.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout, handling cash and card payments.
- Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving shipments, tagging items, and preparing items for the sales floor.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and operational standards.
