Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a keen understanding of online search and web content? Telus International AI is seeking bright and analytical Online Search Engine Raters to help us evaluate and improve the quality of search engine results. This role involves reviewing search queries, analyzing web pages, and providing subjective feedback based on specific guidelines. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the accuracy and relevance of search engines for millions of users.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate search engine results for accuracy, relevance, and quality according to provided guidelines.
- Analyze various types of web content, including text, images, and videos.
- Provide constructive, detailed, and objective feedback on search result relevance and quality.
- Adhere strictly to project guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage your own workload and maintain consistent quality in evaluations.
- Communicate effectively with project leads regarding task clarity or technical issues.
