Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Chain Associate with a focus on professional growth to join our dynamic team in Sunnyvale, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and monitoring of product movement throughout the supply chain, from manufacturing to distribution.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in inventory reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., manufacturing, quality, regulatory) and external partners (e.g., third-party logistics, suppliers) to ensure timely and compliant product delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on supply chain efficiency and product flow.
- Identify and escalate potential supply chain disruptions, working proactively to mitigate risks.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ensure all supply chain activities comply with cGMP, GDP, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and logistics processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to training materials and provide support to new team members as needed.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., cGMP, GDP).
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Project management experience or certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP).
