Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Microsoft Operations Aide to join our remote team. This is a 100% work-from-home position, open to candidates across all regions of the USA. The Operations Aide will play a crucial role in supporting various operational aspects, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and contributing to the efficiency of our projects and processes. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to project managers and team leads.
  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and document management using Microsoft Office Suite and internal tools.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings, workshops, and team events.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between various departments and external stakeholders.
  • Support the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational best practices.
