Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Fast Food Expeditor to join our dynamic team in Leeds. As an Expeditor, you will be the crucial link between the kitchen and the front counter, ensuring that orders are accurately prepared, assembled, and dispatched to customers in a timely manner. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify order accuracy, ensuring all items are present and correctly prepared according to McDonald's standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to prioritize and manage food flow, optimizing efficiency during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff regarding order status and potential delays.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company guidelines before orders are served.
- Maintain a clean and organized expediting station, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with other restaurant duties as needed, including stocking, cleaning, and customer service.
