Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for security and customer service? Market Force Information is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as an Airport Terminal Mystery Shopper with a high security focus. In this critical role, you will discreetly evaluate various aspects of the airport terminal experience, with a particular emphasis on security protocols, staff adherence, and overall passenger safety and satisfaction. This is a contract position offering competitive compensation per assignment, plus performance-based bonuses for exceptional reporting. Your observations will provide invaluable insights, helping to enhance security measures and improve the travel experience for millions of passengers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet and thorough evaluations of airport security checkpoints and procedures.
- Observe and assess staff adherence to established security protocols and customer service standards.
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of passenger flow through various terminal areas.
- Identify and document potential security vulnerabilities or areas requiring improvement.
- Assess cleanliness, maintenance, signage, and overall passenger environment within the terminal.
- Interact with airport personnel in a natural manner to gauge service quality, when applicable.
- Complete detailed, objective, and timely reports using our online platform, providing clear narrative and actionable feedback.
- Strictly adhere to all assignment guidelines, ethical standards, and confidentiality agreements.
